Defenceman of the year returns to the Hornets

The Bracknell Hornets are pleased to announce, defenseman of the year Jack Tarczycki will return for another season.

Jack was instrumental in helping the Hornets finish at the top end of the table last season and will continue to bring his presence and leadership to the team this year.

Jack brings a wealth of experience having played over 400 games in the EPL, ENL and NIHL/2.

On signing Jack, Hughsey and Scooter commented, “Jack was such a massive influence on our defensive unit last season. He played a lot of PP and PK time, scored points in key games and threw himself in the shooting lane to block shots on several occasions. He’s an all-round player that we absolutely wanted back this season and will ensure that our defensive unit is one of the strongest in the league.”

​Jack commented, “It was a no brainer to sign with the Hornets again this year, we had a good season last year and I think we can push to win the title this year.”
