Bicksy is back!

We are pleased to announce that experienced forward Adam Bicknell is returning for another season with the Bracknell Hornets.

Adam has had a long career, playing mainly for Bracknell and Slough and has iced in over 400 games in the BNL, EPL and lately NIHL2.

Danny commented, "Myself and Carl are very happy Bicksy has decided to join the Hornets for another season. Having played with him as a junior and with the Bees I know he comes with a wealth of experience. Bicksy is a great guy in the changing room, a natural leader and gets the boys going before training and games, which is what every team needs. He gives 100% every shift and loves going in the corners to do the dirty work that makes him a great play maker. With a great career behind him he brings so much to the team."

Adam said, "I did not hesitate to get another season in with the Hornets. The boys get on really well and it was great to be back in the room, enjoying the game again. I think we would all agree that we let ourselves down towards the end of the season, dropped some silly points and certainly have some unfinished business. Danny and Carl appear to have worked hard this summer to secure some new signings and the team is taking shape. I’m sure we’ll be in contention and I’m looking forward to another competitive season in Bracknell."

We are also pleased to announce that Adam Bicknell's home & away jerseys are now available to Own & Loan with our scheme for £75 each or £110 for 1 home & 1 away. This does not necessarily need to be of the same player.
